Account and registration

No. We at tdomino permit only one account per person. Each account is linked to one legal identity verified during KYC. If we detect duplicate or secondary accounts under the same identity, we may suspend all related accounts and withhold balances pending investigation. This policy protects all users and complies with our verification standards. If you have lost access to an existing account or forgotten your password, contact our support team to recover it rather than opening a new one.

We at tdomino require a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian ID card, passport, or driver's license) and a proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement). Upload clear photos of both documents during account opening. Our verification team reviews these within one business day. If documents are unclear or do not match the name on your account, we will request resubmission. Verification is mandatory before you can deposit or withdraw funds on tdomino.

To delete your account and personal data on tdomino, log in and navigate to Account Settings, then select "Close Account & Request Data Deletion". We delete your personal data within 30 days of account closure, except where we are required to retain records for legal or regulatory reasons. Contact our support team if you need to verify the status of your deletion request.

Account care and support

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on tdomino by going to Account Settings > Security > Enable 2FA. Enter your phone number, and we will send a verification code via SMS. Enter the code to confirm. Once 2FA is active, you will receive a code each time you log in from a new device or attempt a withdrawal. This protects your account from unauthorized access even if someone knows your password. We recommend enabling 2FA immediately after opening your account.

Click "Forgot Password" on the tdomino login page. Enter your username or email address. We will send you a password reset link via email. Click the link, and you will be prompted to create a new password. The reset link expires after one hour for security. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. If the link has expired or you cannot access your email, contact our support team and we will verify your identity before assisting with password recovery.
